hundreds of years in a few hours

This 2-3 hour guided walk along the Killagoola loop, includes stops to learn about the flora and fauna of the river Kip, the history of the Clydagh bridge and the mills.  Also covered will be the War of Independence and the Geoghegan Monument and the most interesting and important early Christian site of Teampall Eanna.  A spot of berry picking along the way may also be the order of the day.
