1.00pm Medicinal & Edible Wild Plant Foraging Walk

Discover some of our beautiful local medicinal and edible plants;  you’ll see your surroundings with new eyes.  Vivienne will talk about the medicinal and nutritional properties of plants that grow right under your feet that you probably haven’t ever noticed before. Learn the many uses of the common plants such as daisy;  discover a tree extract used with great success by an Irish GP.  We don’t walk far:  it’s a lovely little shuffle in the fresh air discovering local plants.
