What's the event?

From an archive of Morrison photos, we are trying to ascertain what, when and where in Moycullen this event took place.  It looks like a horse race, possibly at Homefarm on lands owned by Johnston Morrison (previously Lord Campbell’s lands) and maybe in the 1930s?
